And then it continues through your SEO rankings and eventually through email.<br \/>\nAnd eventually, you get your prospect on the phone which turns into a sales qualified lead.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Research shows that companies with omnichannel customer engagement strategies retain on average 89% of their customers. Compared to 33% of customer retention rate for companies with weak omnichannel strategies.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff5570;\"><strong>Mobile Experience expectations:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Users\u2019 expectations for faster and better digital experiences are on the rise. And the mobile web is no exception. Faster landing pages typically lead to more conversions.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAnd <span style=\"color: #333333;\">&#8220;Accelerated Mobile Pages&#8221; (AMP)<\/span>allow you to create pages that load quickly.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>In addition to the importance of speed, providing revolutionary solutions to improving experiences on the mobile web is also going to be the key challenge next year.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n At this point, <span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8220;Progressive Web Apps&#8221; (PWA) <\/span>offer a solution.
