The chatbot will use the keywords typed by the user, his browsing history or his answers to a series of questions to provide personalized answers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #2b658c;\"><strong>A chatbot is particularly capable of:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing instructions on a product\/service usage<\/li>\n<li>Guiding an Internet user in his purchase<\/li>\n<li>Providing an answer regarding the follow-up of an order<\/li>\n<li>Helping in the search for a product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These basic tasks constitute the majority of customer requests.
