LDB Mica Research is pleased to announce the appointment of Christelle Maho Garel as Managing Director.
With extensive experience in market research, customer insights, marketing strategy and business development, Christelle will support the next stage of development for LDB Mica Research, both in France and internationally.
Her career has led her to work on the client side in highly regulated environments, before taking on senior responsibilities within recognized market research institutes. She has developed strong expertise in marketing research, customer insights, strategic brand support and team leadership, with a particular focus on human health, wellness and animal health.
Before joining LDB Mica Research, Christelle was Deputy General Manager at Stethos, a market research institute specialized in healthcare. She also held senior leadership responsibilities at Harris Interactive Santé, following several marketing roles, notably in neurology and the central nervous system.
Throughout her career, she has supported many clients in understanding their markets, audiences and decision drivers, with a strong conviction: market research creates its full value when it turns listening into clear, useful and actionable recommendations.
At LDB Mica Research, Christelle will build on the institute’s long-standing expertise in customer experience, satisfaction, marketing research, B2B and B2C studies, and international research programmes, while contributing to the development of new areas of activity.
Her arrival is part of a dynamic of continuity and ambition: strengthening client relationships, valuing team expertise, developing strategic and operational advisory capabilities, and helping companies make better marketing, commercial and organizational decisions.
