LDB Mica Research Recruitment: We are looking for Quality Auditors of Customer Service (Man/Woman) – Paris.

Your mission: realisation of customer service quality audits,
– Listening and evaluation of recorded phone calls (hotline)
– Reading and evaluation of emails
– Feedback and reporting of evaluations conducted on the basis of an evaluation grid (entry of evaluations via a specific tool)
– Active participation in the calibration sessions to exchange on evaluations carried out

Skills:
– Perfect language skills concerning the audited country (mother tongue)
– Excellent cultural knowledge of the audited country
– English and/or French fluent

You are:
– Rigorous, organized and autonomous
– Good communicator (written and oral), able to structure your ideas

You have:
– strong listening skills
– the spirit of analysis and synthesis
– real customer awareness
– the ability to work in a team

Experience required:
– call center / customer service center
– automotive sector, telecom, hotel, IT, services
– customer contact experience, understanding of technical issues
